As the catering arm of Pasta Cuisine of Oakland, Inc. Cuisine
Catering shares the restaurant's commitment to use the freshest
and finest ingredients to produce delicious meals at a reasonable
price. We insist that the trays look as good as they taste,
and work hard to produce catered trays that are visually enticing,
and in which every element is well prepared and delicious.
We listen carefully to the needs of our corporate clients, and
invite you to give us feedback whenever you can. We fine tune
our menu, maintain competitive pricing and have increased the
selection of luncheon platters and boxed meals to meet your
needs.
As a small, independent business we have the flexibility to
respond to your needs and always make every effort to accommodate
special requests. If you desire items not covered in our menu,
just ask Lee.
Pasta Cuisine of Oakland opened in 1993, and has served the
local business community excellent lunches ever since. We began
catering the following year, and in 2001 we assumed the name
Cuisine Catering to avoid the erroneous assumption that we only
served pasta.
While this web site is designed to facilitate the ordering of
lunches and dinners for our many busy corporate customers, Cuisine
Catering is also available for full service or drop-off party
catering and weddings. We believe such events require a more
personalized menu and welcome working with you to provide an
individualized menu to fulfill your expectations of food, service
and budget.
Our cadre of corporate customers is always growing, and references
are available.
Owner/Chef: Lee Bendig
Pasta Cuisine in the brainchild of Lee Bendig, a gourmet cook
and long time foodie. Growing up on a farm in Saskatchewan,
Canada, Lee began cooking for her large family and farm workers
at an early age. There she learned the value of freshly grown,
quality meats and vegetables. Her commitment to produce meals
using fresh flavorful products is reflected in both the restaurant
and catering.
